In this workshop you will take a deep dive into the world of RFPs and bidding. You will learn to strategically find and analyze RFPs and how to manage proposal and bid responses. You will also learn about determining factors on whether or not to purse a project with a Go/No-Go decision. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to learn industry standard best practices for pre-positioning your business for a project.
